Highly recommended!
I mainly wanted to get acupuncture done for infertility but because my periods had stopped post ovarian cancer and i had to get one of my ovary removed, Dr. Chow recommended we first try to get my periods back. It was a challenge because there were limitations on the kind of treatment he could give me because of my medical history. However, after a few months of acupuncture, i have started having my periods regularly. Its almost a miracle as the doctors had pretty much given up.
Next step is to try and conceive. Fingers crossed!

Tinnutis
I’ve suffered from vertigo and tinnitus for several years, but my GP and different specialists, after several rounds of vestibular balance and hearing tests, keep drawing a blank. The conclusion each time, and following the failure of Betahistine tablets, is that there’s nothing they can do. This is little comfort with deteriorating symptoms. Following some research by my wife, I decided to try acupuncture with Dr Chau. Fortunately, this has brought me considerable relief and, and whilst not 100% cured yet, I am probably 90% and thus well on the way. Put simply, I feel better than I have in years. Thank you!

Depression, Insomnia & Headaches

Pain Relief
I have been treated for back and leg pain for ten years, often using a walker and always using my cane. My tolerance for standing still or walking without pain was perhaps two to three minutes before I needed to sit for a while to be able to start again. I have had sets of cortisone shots and pain pills. None of these were very effective. The decision was surgery, which scared me. I was suffering with a bad back in 2015 and after seeing several different specialists I was diagnosed at spire hospital in bushey with a prolapsed disc. They tried the various injections but nothing helped so I was booked in for an operation. I felt very uneasy with this as I was only 30 years old so thought I'd try one last thing. This is when I visited the china clinic! I felt instant results! Don't get me wrong it wasn't a pleasant experience but my God was it worth it. Miscarriage
After having suffered 4 recurrent miscarriages following the birth of my son 4 years ago, I decided to seek some form of "alternative" treatment for my condition. Myself and my partner desperately wanted a brother or sister for our little boy and all test and treatments offered by the NHS were either unsuccessful (resulting in further miscarriages) or inconclusive (a reason for the miscarriages couldn't be found). I decided to try acupuncture in the hope this would result in a successful pregnancy. I found Dr.Chau's details via the internet and from the moment I made an appointment to see him, He put me at my ease and explained the benefits of acupuncture along with Chinese herbal medicine and I decided to follow the course of treatment she recommended. I fell pregnant again fairly quickly and Prof.Chau carried on treating me until I was 20 weeks pregnant. After this time, I felt confident that this pregnancy would progress. I felt happy and healthy throughout the pregnancy, and now have a beautiful little baby girl who was born in October. I am convinced his unique treatment contributed towards this happy outcome and would recommend her to anyone suffering similar problems. Thank you so much Dr.Chau!

Panic & Stress
I had a little knowledge of the wonders of acupuncture from family members so when I started to have panic attacks related to stress it was time to seek treatment. After a consultation with Prof.Chau. I found out that not only could he treat my condition, he could treat everything else that was wrong with me. I've had bad hay fever since a child and dread the Spring and Summer months. After a month or so of treatment I was feeling a lot better and my hay fever was more or less totally gone. Smoking Addiction
I initially attended acupuncture sessions to get help with giving up smoking and have found it very useful in doing so. In addition there have been some ancillary benefits including an improvement in quality of sleep and a reduction in anxiety levels. I have also had a beneficial reduction in irritation from a recurring hip problem. The sessions are prompt, professional and are conducted in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Thank you Dr.Chau!

Shoulder pain
I went to Dr Todd Chau with back and shoulder pain like a red hot poker in my shoulder. His approach is professional, straightforward and caring. Already after two consecutive, close-together sessions, I felt a real improvement. I subsequently went twice a week for a month and then fortnightly and now a monthly top-up. I’m 95% there. I do have pain-free days but also get occasional tinges though nothing like before. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dr Chau for acupuncture.

Frozen Shoulder
Went to the China clinic was having terrible trouble with my shoulder and neck . Professor chua said I had a frozen shoulder . So he gave me acupuncture. After the first visit it felt so much better I had a further two appointments and now my neck and shoulder are as good as new. Can't believe it if I ever have any more problems I will be straight back to see the professor. Excellent 5 stars

Sciatica
Dr Todd, has been a life saver for me, as I was down with severe sciatica and visited a few specialists, including our very own NHS, who unfortunately could not do much other than prescribing pain killers at the offset of my condition. It was Dr Todd who got me back on my feet, and allow to run and play with my 6 year old.
I appreciate that it is alternative medicine and may not be most appropriate for every medical ailment, but believe you me Dr Todd will be clear at the off set to guide you if he could treat the condition or not.
He is not only good at what he does but most importantly is a great human being and till date has never told me how many sessions of treatments I would need or when I need to visit him next, yes he would guide me but always leave the ball in my court.
I now not only have my personal experience with him, but have also had positive feedback from all those whom I have recommended to see him.
